CanvasTekk provides a digital platform for inspection services within the built environment, including but not limited to:

  • Periodic structural inspections
  • Homeowner defects inspection
  • Property assessment and reporting tools
  • Documentation and record management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or compromise the security of the platform
